Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an IT Systems Support Officer based in Austria for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems, manage access, technology assets, and system records, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

You will collaborate with internal users and external IT providers, helping to implement updates, test changes, and enhance cybersecurity and data privacy practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and access issues.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions, and basic networking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work remotely.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day technical support across Microsoft 365 and business systems.
• Troubleshoot access, connectivity, and permissions; escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate issues with external IT providers and ensure resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, licensing data, and system records.
• Document requests, changes, and resolutions; update knowledge resources.
• Assist with new system implementations, updates, and workflows.
• Test changes and workflows to prevent business disruption.
• Support cybersecurity and data privacy practices across the org.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and digital workflows.
