Zusammenfassung

AVILOO is seeking an IT Administrator to own day-to-day IT operations for ~120 users across our Wiener Neudorf site. You will manage Microsoft 365, endpoints, and network infrastructure, while implementing security best practices and automation.

You will administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; support Windows 11, macOS, and Linux as needed, and collaborate with the central IT team on standards and platform changes. This is a hands-on, global IT role in a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years IT administration with strong end-user support.
• Solid Windows client admin; macOS/Linux experience a plus.
• Scripting/automation experience; PowerShell or Bash/Python a plus.
• Good networking basics: DNS/DHCP, VLAN/Wi‑Fi, VPN/firewalls.
• English and German language skills.
• Interest in AI-assisted IT tooling.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day IT operations for ~120 users/endpoints across local site(s).
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Implement security practices: MFA/Conditional Access, least privilege, patching, and access reviews.
• Triage incidents and service requests; document and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
• Roll out and maintain tools and SaaS apps; manage licensing and access.
• Support device setup (Windows 11; macOS/Linux as needed).
• Collaborate with central IT on purchasing, standards, and platform changes.
