Software Data Service (SDS) in Wien sucht eine/n IT-Infrastruktur-Engineer (m/w/d) für die Administration, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft. Sie arbeiten an Servern, Storage, Virtualisierung und Netzwerken, sorgen für Hochverfügbarkeit und Sicherheit.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Linux/Windows Servern, Active Directory, Virtualisierung und Storage mit. Vorteile sind Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Automatisierung sowie Cloud-Technologien.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Administration und Betrieb komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux und/oder Windows-Serverumgebungen sowie Active Directory.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien und Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Speichersystemen und Speicherprotokollen wie NFS & iSCSI.
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere Routing, VPN, Netzwerksegmentierung und Firewalls.
• Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Ansible, Terraform) sowie Erfahrung mit Citrix, Firewalls und Cloud-Technologien.
• Erfahrung mit Backup, Recovery, Patch- und Lifecycle-Management sowie Grundkenntnisse IT-Security.
• Analytisches Denken, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Administration, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf Servern, Storage, Virtualisierung und Netzwerken.
• Sicherung eines stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren Betriebs unserer IT-Systemlandschaft.
• Betrieb, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierung, Storage und Backup-Lösungen.
• Administration und Absicherung von Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten, einschließlich Patchen und Hardening-Maßnahmen.
• Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Monitoring- und Betriebsprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Analyse und nachhaltige Beseitigung komplexer Fehler sowie Implementierung von Root-Cause-Analysen.
