Job summary

Fabasoft Group in Linz is looking for a new team member to join our Fabasoft Approve Crew. You will gather, analyze, and align business requirements with customers and design, plan, and implement tailored software solutions in technical document management and quality management.

You will configure our standard product to deliver maximum value, work in a collaborative onboarding-friendly team, and help customers succeed.

Qualifications

• Completed IT degree or vocational IT education (HTL/UAS/University).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and practical application.
• Strong understanding of business processes and expertise in process optimization and modeling.
• Experience in document management and/or quality management preferred.
• Eager to learn and grow with Fabasoft and customers.

• You collaborate closely with our customers to gather, analyze, and align business requirements and processes.
• You design, plan, and implement tailored software solutions in the areas of technical document management and quality management.
• You configure our standard product to deliver the best possible value for our customers.
• You work as part of a collaborative team that supports you throughout your onboarding and is always there to help you succeed in your role.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree or vocational education in IT (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and already have professional experience in this field.
• You have knowledge of object-oriented programming and practical experience applying it.
• You have a strong understanding of business processes as well as expertise in process optimization and process modeling.
• Ideally, you already have experience in document management and/or quality management.
• You enjoy exploring new topics and are eager to grow together with us and our customers.
• You are passionate about digitalization and Industry 4.0 and enjoy building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
