METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for the EU-HUB in Nänikon-Greifensee on a 100% basis with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on inventory levels, material planning, and collaboration with production units and suppliers to ensure continuous supply and optimized stock.

The ideal candidate has solid logistics experience, SAP/ERP proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial education and solid business understanding.
• Further education in Business Administration with SCM specialization is a strong advantage.
• Several years of experience in a logistics environment or in the Supply Chain area.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect and structure information.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with standard work and help develop SOPs for scalable planning.
• Material planning and supply planning to optimize stock and availability.
• Daily contact with production units and external suppliers to manage capacities.
• Support inbound/outbound delivery performance and cost productivity.
• Resolve discrepancies with 3PL during shipments and use JIRA where needed.
• Assist projects, escalations, and SAP tickets across the EU-HUB.
