Zusammenfassung

Mattro GmbH, based in Tirol, Austria, seeks an Operations Buyer to ensure timely material supply for production. You will plan and procure items, process orders in ERP, and monitor delivery dates to keep projects on track.

The role involves proactive bottleneck identification, cost control, and maintaining supplier relationships. Fluent English and German are required; experience with Business Central is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed business or technical apprenticeship with understanding of operations.
• Several years of purchasing/operational procurement experience.
• Comfort with ERP systems and digital processes; drive workflow improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Teams; familiarity with BC is a plus.
• Excellent English and German language skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure supply of materials for production and projects; plan and procure items with planning, production, and sales.
• Process orders in ERP; track delivery dates; maintain smooth information flow.
• Identify bottlenecks early; monitor deadlines; collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Review invoices; assist with analyses; maintain reliable databases.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships; keep master data up to date.
