Zusammenfassung

Red Bull GmbH in Elsbethen sucht eine/n Praktikant/in im Bereich Interne Kommunikation für sechs Monate ab Oktober 2026. Sie arbeiten an digitalen Inhalten, unterstützen Live-Formate und erstellen/Intranet-Seiten.

Voraussetzung sind visuelle Gestaltung, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Internal Communications Team zusammen, übernehmen Aufgaben rund um Präsentationen, Event-Logistik und Content-Pflege.

Qualifikationen

• Fortlaufendes Studium in visueller Gestaltung oder Kommunikation.
• Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere) sowie Tools wie Figma/Canva.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; starke Schreibfähigkeiten.
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität.

Aufgaben

• Digitale Inhaltserstellung unter Einsatz von Tools wie Figma; Inhalte gestalten und posten.
• Unterstützung bei internen Veranstaltungen wie Town Halls; Design und Vor-Ort-Support.
• Unterstützung des Internal Communications Teams bei täglichen Aufgaben.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Intranet-Inhalten und Posts.

We are looking for a motivated talent to join our Internal Communications Team from October 2026 for six months.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION

In this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize your digital content creation skills. You will support the team creating communication content using tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Additionally, you will be scheduling content on our global Digital Poster Network.

INTERNAL EVENTS

Moreover, you will play an active role in live communication formats (e. G. Town Halls, All Hands Meetings) by supporting the team with design, content creation, and on-site assistance to ensure our events are successful.

GENERAL TEAM SUPPORT

In this role, you will support our Internal Communications Team with a variety of daily tasks. These include creating presentations, developing intranet content pages and posts. Support in managing ad hoc requests and maintaining shared email accounts will also be part of your duties.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Ongoing studies in visual design, communications, or a comparable field of study
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Rush etc.) and/or other content creation tools like Figma, Canva, etc.
• Proficiency in the current MS Office package
• Strong writing skills in both German and English
• Good communication skills with internal contacts
• High level of self-responsibility and reliability.
• Hands-on mentality.
