Your Role

• Expert Collaboration: Work with experts at a global semiconductor company and a leading MEMS microphone supplier to develop and characterize next‑generation audio technologies.
• Electro‑Acoustic Support: Provide strong focus on electro‑acoustic lab work and early‑stage concept development for the team.
• Product Insights: Gain insights into the development of MEMS audio products for smartphones, hearables, IoT, and automotive applications.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze performance parameters and audio quality of existing and next‑generation microphones.
• Novel Concepts: Work on novel sensing concepts, experiment design, fixture preparation, data processing and visualization (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and listening tests.
• Innovation Contribution: Help shape the next generation of microphone solutions.

Your Profile

• Education: Motivated and committed master student (f/m/div) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Audio Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge: Background in acoustics and signal processing.
• Lab Skills: Hands‑on experience in laboratory environments.
• Curiosity: Interest in state‑of‑the‑art developments of microphone solutions in the semiconductor industry.
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills.

Type of employment: Temporary / Part‑time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.).

Duration: Minimum 12 months.
