NXP Semiconductors seeks a student in the Graz area to support our Digital Design team part-time while studying. You will assist digital verification using Generative AI, develop AI-assisted workflows, and create prompts and automation scripts to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering or CS degree, have a keen analytical mindset, and are eager to contribute to best-in-class products. English proficiency and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and ready to take on problems
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SystemVerilog or Python is beneficial
• Solid English skills (speaking and writing)
• Team player and eager to develop best in class products
• Availability around 8-20 hours/week, duration over 6 months

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
