NXP Semiconductors Austria in Graz is seeking a student to support our Digital Design team part-time while studying. You will use Generative AI to assist design tasks, develop AI-powered workflows, and create prompts and automation scripts to boost productivity and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in Electrical/Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Computer Science, with aptitude in Python/Verilog and solid English skills.

## Internship – Digital Design & Generative AI Support (m/f/d)Applylocations: Gratkorntime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-10064592We are looking for a student in the greater area of Graz who would like to support our Digital Design team part-time, next to their studies.**Your Responsibilities:*** Support digital design activities using advanced Generative AI technologies and methodologies.* Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows for digital design.* Create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.* Analyze design data and generate insights using AI-supported techniques.* Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and documentation for design activities.**Your Profile:*** Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar* Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools.* Analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and ready to take on problems* Knowledge of programming languages such as Verilog or Python is beneficial* Solid English skills (speaking and writing)* Team player and eager to develop best in class products* Availability around 8-20 hours/weekPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
