NXP Semiconductors Austria is seeking a Customer Applications Engineer to join the Customer Application Support team. You will drive design-in activities at customer sites, working closely with regional support and sales teams to provide premium pre- and post-sales technical support.

The role involves delivering training, creating application notes, and contributing to product development while traveling domestically and internationally for customer support and training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training.

You will be a member of the Customer Application Support team and part of a worldwide technical community providing premium pre and post sales technical support to NXP customers and their projects. You drive design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the regional NXP support and sales teams; you provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and will liaise with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s).
