Holcim is seeking an ambitious Strategy & Business Development Intern Analyst to join our global Carbon Management team in Zug, Switzerland. You will work alongside senior leaders to evaluate, model, and execute decarbonization projects on a fixed-term 11-month contract.

You will develop financial models, draft strategic materials for board reviews, and support deal and financing activities with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of full-time work or high-impact internships in relevant finance roles.
• Advanced quantitative modeling, structured problem-solving, and strong financial acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%).

• Develop and refine project-level financial models and evaluate investment economics.
• Conduct strategic and market intelligence to guide commercial strategy.
• Assist in evaluating capital structures and financing options with financial institutions.
• Prepare board materials, strategy decks, and senior management papers.
