Job summary

ANDRITZ AG sucht am Standort Wien eine Versicherungsfachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie arbeiten an globalen Versicherungsprogrammen, kooperieren mit Geschäfts- und Finanzteams und betreuen regionale Anfragen.

Sie verfügen über mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, gute Kenntnisse des Versicherungsrechts und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, internationales Umfeld und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten werden geboten.

Qualifications

• 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche (z.B. Versicherer, Versicherungsmakler, Risikomanager oder internes Versicherungswesen)
• Grundkenntnisse des Versicherungsrechts
• Expertenwissen zu internationalen kommerziellen Versicherungslinien, vorzugsweise in Fertigung, Projektarbeit oder Bau
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
• Selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise mit Problemlösungskompetenz
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Engagement
• Global ausgerichtet

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung von globalen Versicherungsprogrammen unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Standards und ANDRITZ-Anforderungen
• Management des lokalen Versicherungsbeauftragten und Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und Finance-Teams regional
• Koordination mit globalem Versicherungs broker und Bearbeitung regionaler Anfragen
• Bearbeitung größerer Schäden und Ansprüche unter globalen Linien
• Schulung lokaler Kollegen, Management und Teams unter Berücksichtigung kultureller Sensibilität
• Prüfung und Verhandlung von VersicherungsKlauseln in Verkaufsverträgen

To be part of our Global Team, we are looking for anInsurance Specialist on a full-time basis at our location in Vienna (AUT).

YOUR PROFILE

• 5 plus years of professional experience in the insurance industry (e.g. as an insurer, insurance broker, risk manager or internal company insurance department)
• Basic knowledge of insurance law
• Expertise with international commercial lines of insurance preferably in relation to manufacturing, project work, construction or related industries
• Willingness to travel
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and German
• Independent and precise working style with problem-solving skills
• Team spirit, communication skills and commitment
• Global focused

YOUR TASKS

• Develop a deep understanding in order to negotiate and facilitate global insurance programs, ensuring alignment with local standards and ANDRITZ- specific global requirements
• Management of the local insurance representative and collaboration with business and finance teams across the region
• Coordination with the global insurance broker and address regional insurance requests, including the development of insurance solutions for new projects which cannot be insured under the global programs
• Handling of large losses and claims under our global lines of insurance
• Provide training to local colleagues, management and teams while maintaining cultural sensitivity and effective communication
• Review and negotiate insurance clauses in sales contracts

OUR OFFER

We are legally obligated to specify the collective agreement minimum salary of gross € 4.472,11 per month for this position. However, we offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
