Wesco is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to engage existing customers and grow sales of Wesco products and services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.

You will collaborate with outside sales to meet goals, develop opportunities from marketing and national accounts, and identify ways to improve processes. This role includes commission in addition to base salary, requires English and German, and may

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales administration, preferably in security/infrastructure/data centre sales.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Clear verbal and written English and German communication.
• Willingness to travel 0–25%.

Aufgaben

• Obtains orders via email and telephone, verifies items, and transfers to fulfillment.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and leveraging buying history.
• Owns and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identifies ways to improve processes.
• Prepares quotations to secure orders and follows up on losses.
• Reviews open orders and addresses items at risk of delivery date.
• Maintains backorder and expediting reports and notices.
• Reports industry trends and competitive pricing to management.
