DRIVS Systems GmbH in Austria is seeking an Industrialisation Engineer to drive the industrialisation of development projects and ensure a stable series ramp-up with the supplier.
You will lead PFMEA and control plans, assess tooling concepts, and coordinate between project management, suppliers, and quality management. Travel up to 25% is expected, and the role offers a full-time position with remuneration aligned to the Austrian collective agreement.
The role
DRIVS develops custom drive solutions and brings them into series production at manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. To cover the path from released design to running production, we are expanding our team with an industrialisation engineer.

Responsibilities
From design release to a stable series process at the manufacturing partner.
PFMEA together with the supplier, definition of the line concept and the control plan.
Technical assessment of the concepts, support of sampling and release.
On-site support of the ramp-up at the supplier through to a documented series status.
In-line inspection and test specification as well as end-of-line testing.
Alignment between project management, development partner, suppliers and quality management, and follow-up of the technical tasks in the project.

Technology People Perspectives
Technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, mechatronics or industrial engineering (HTL, university of applied sciences or university).
Experience in industrialisation, production planning, process development or series ramp-up support.
Confident command of PFMEA and control plan.
Structured and independent.
Very good command of English and willingness to travel (up to 25%).
