Qualifikationen

• PhD or MSc in Life Science, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Several years of relevant research or facility experience.
• Strong image analysis technique expertise with multiple libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML/DL and HPC.
• Programming in FIJI, Python, Jupyter, Matlab, or similar.
• Service-oriented, reliable and organized.

Aufgaben

• Provide user support and training for image analysis requests and projects.
• Advise researchers on experimental design for microscopy and image analysis.
• Maintain image analysis equipment and services.
• Establish and maintain data infrastructures, repositories and HPC workflows.
• Coordinate image analysis courses, trainings, and workshops.
• Stay up-to-date with latest image analysis and ML developments.
