Mercury is seeking an ICT Project Supervisor for Structured Cabling based in Vienna to lead on-site telecoms activities. You will manage safety, QA, and subcontractor coordination across European projects and ensure alignment with drawings and schedules.

This role requires 3 years of experience, strong cabling knowledge, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic project team, liaising with engineers, clients, and suppliers to

3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of copper and fibre structured cabling.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cable schedules.
Good computer skills - Windows and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

Responsabilidades

Act as the first point of contact for onsite telecoms queries.
Ensure timely completion of first-of-kind project tasks.
Onsite supervision of telecoms installation team and coordination with sub-contractors.
Oversee fibre and copper structured cabling installation, including fibre splicing, patching and testing.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, cable schedules and industry standards.
Manage onsite safety with the Mercury Safety Advisor and RAMs/CMOPs.
Attend onsite project meetings and generate weekly progress updates.
Coordinate with commissioning and BIM teams to review tests and as-built drawings.
