Mercury, the European leader in construction solutions, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Vienna, Austria. You will lead the Electrical Systems package, coordinate with site teams and the project manager, and drive safety, quality, and schedule performance on a complex installation.

The role requires a trade or relevant degree, minimum five years of project management experience, strong IT and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage costs, sub-contractors, and variations

Qualifikationen

• A trade and/or relevant third level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management.
• Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
• Ability to drive a large-scale project.

Aufgaben

• Management of the Electrical Systems package.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Mercury Safety Advisor.
• Lead a focused Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture within your team.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with Mercury QA Manager including set up, management and close out of file
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements
• Management of all costs associated with your package including: Mercury Electrical Team, Sub-contractors, Material deliveries, Plant and Equipment, Variations, Valuations
• Management of all day-to-day site operations
• Ensure Mercury Policies and procedures are included in supply chain contracts & followed closely.
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
• Close out of all project items including Final Account, O&M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant relocations, Project Plan
• Issue weekly cost reports; internal and external progress reports
• Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule and maintain a weekly diary on site
