Mercury is seeking a Project Planner in Vienna to lead planning activities for complex engineering & construction projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress, and support project performance through data-driven reporting and Earned Value Management.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, a construction background, and at least three years in planning. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate project

Qualifikationen

• High level competence in Primavera P6.
• Construction background.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Planning.
• Thorough understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Excel competence to a high level.
• Ability to work effectively within a Team.
• Good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning.
• Developing and maintaining progress databases.
• Progress reporting and milestone projections.
• Monitoring schedule performance and productivity.
• Auditing progress on site and attending schedule meetings.
• Providing data for tender schedules and claims support.
