Qualifikationen

• Basic networking concepts required including TCP/IP, VLANs, and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and hardware handling.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work during maintenance windows.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site support for network, server, and IT infrastructure activities.
• Install, rack, stack, and cable network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, and component installations as directed by remote engineers.
• Connect and verify power, console, and network cabling.
• Assist with physical installation of racks, patch panels, cabling, and labeling.
• Support wireless access point mounting and basic installation activities.
• Perform basic device configuration and connectivity verification under remote guidance.
• Capture logs, device status, and environmental details for troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and service reports.
