Bybit in Vienna is seeking an ICT Incident Communications Specialist to detect and resolve incidents, implement recovery plans, and coordinate with EU operations. The role requires strong incident management, ITSM tooling experience, and a good grasp of IT infrastructure within the crypto industry.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, international environment, fluent in German and English, with Mandarin a plus, and be based at our Vienna headquarters.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in financial services with banking regulation experience (DORA exposure).
• Experience with incident management tools and ITSM.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and crypto industry.
• Project management experience.
• Strong learning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English; Mandarin a plus.

Aufgaben

• Detect, address, and resolve ICT incidents to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and manage communication strategies for ICT/incidents.
• Implement ICT business continuity and recovery plans during crises.
• Coordinate encryption-related incident response and compliance.
• Document incidents and coordinate timely resolution.
• Handle communications for EU operations and regulatory relevance.
• Support global ICT Incident and Communications practice.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned by EU CISO.
