Job summary

Bybit, established in 2018, invites IT operations professionals to support EU and global IT desktop operations and network management from our Vienna headquarters. The role requires fluency in German and English, with Mandarin as a bonus, and hands-on experience with Google Suite and office IT systems.

You will manage OS deployment, user access, and data backup, while coordinating with IT teams on network projects and security efforts. A fast-paced, multinational environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3+ years in IT operations and end-user support.
• Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance.
• Fluent German and English mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for EU and global IT desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation & maintenance support, and employee IT service support.
• Perform OS installation/configuration, user access management, and data backup/recovery for servers and business systems; firmware upgrades for network devices and security configurations.
• Analyse EU and global end-user technical inquiries and manage IT Ticketing System with periodic reporting.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain daily operations of office network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless APs).
• Participate in office network planning for new deployments and adjustments to existing structures.
• Monitor core business systems, respond to alerts, and maintain incident logs; support cybersecurity efforts including vulnerability scanning and firewall policy maintenance.
• Track and maintain EU and global IT assets.
• Implement IT projects with team lead, including user testing and training.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for EU and global IT desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation & maintenance support, and employee IT service support, etc.

Perform foundational IT operations tasks, including OS installation/configuration, user access management, and data backup/recovery for servers and business systems as well as firmware upgrades for network devices, security policy configurations, and network topology optimization.

Analyse and clarify EU and global end-users technical inquiries as wells as manage IT AI Ticketing System, summary and reporting analysis periodically

Configure, monitor, and maintain daily operations of office network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless APs, etc.) to ensure stable internal network performance. In case troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues or address common problems such as latency or outages

Participate in office network planning, including new office network deployments and adjustments to existing network structures.

Monitor the status of core business systems, respond to alerts promptly, and maintain incident logs during shifts and support cybersecurity efforts, including vulnerability scanning, firewall policy maintenance, and emergency response to security incidents.

Tracking and maintenance of EU and global IT assets

Implement related IT projects with IT team leader, contracting, and implementation including user acceptance testing and user training when needs

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or equivalent

Candidates with at least 3 years and above experience in IT operations and Level 1 / Level 2 end-user support or related fields would be preferred

Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance

Familiar with Google Suite and various common office application system operation and maintenance

Have certain projects implementation and management experience

Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities

Remote support services experience is required

Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in German and English mandatory, Mandarin is a plus

This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person in Vienna Headquarter
