Bybit is looking for a Senior Business Continuity Specialist to join our Vienna HQ. You will develop and maintain comprehensive continuity policies and collaborate with the ICT Risk Manager to ensure resilience across critical functions.

In this role, you will conduct risk assessments, design disaster recovery strategies, and coordinate with multiple departments to align with continuity standards. Fluency in German and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in financial services with banking regulation; first experience with DORA.
• Project implementation and management experience; learning and communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and maintenance of comprehensive business continuity policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and potential disruptions (jointly with the ICT Risk Manager).
• Develop and implement business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with business continuity policies.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3-5 year work experience in financial services with deep knowledge in banking regulation (first experience with DORA)
• Have certain projects implementation and management experience
• Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English mandatory, Mandarin is a plus
• This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person in Vienna Headquarter
