Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead semiconductor and embedded systems projects from definition to production readiness. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 7+ years in PM for semiconductors/electronics, and fluency in English. On-site work in Switzerland is expected.

• Experience leading complex products through multiple development phases.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating international engineering teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Coordinate engineering teams across hardware, software, validation, and operations.

• Align technical teams with product and business objectives.
• Coordinate external suppliers, technology partners, and service providers.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting remain accurate and current.
• Escalate delivery risks and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
• Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders
