Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems projects from definition to production readiness. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and align timelines, budgets, and risks.

Based on-site in Switzerland, you will drive risk management, ensure documentation, and report status to senior stakeholders, while coordinating external partners and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in semiconductors or embedded systems.
• Fluent in English and able to work on-site in Switzerland.

• Lead complex semiconductor or embedded product development projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate engineering teams across hardware, software, validation, and operations.

• Coordinate external suppliers, technology partners, and service providers.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting remain accurate and current.
• Escalate delivery risks and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
• Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders
