Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business Administration, HR, Education, Communications, Project Management).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Preferred: German language skills and experience with SharePoint, LMS, Power Platform or similar tools.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards is a plus.

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events.
• Manage registrations, schedules, attendance, and training records.
• Organize meeting logistics, invitations, agendas, room bookings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications.
• Support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operations.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
• Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
