Zusammenfassung

SKIDATA, based at our HQ in Grödig/Salzburg, Austria, seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d) to support Swiss service operations. You will administer projects, manage orders, handle spare parts replenishment and MRP, and coordinate transports with our logistics partner.

Fluent German (C1) and English, a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, and a structured, accurate work style are required. This hybrid role offers flexible hours, meal allowance and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in order management, order fulfilment or spare parts business.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities.
• Resilience for fast-paced service business.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.

Aufgaben

• Administer projects, work orders and service orders end-to-end in AX12.
• Manage spare parts replenishment and MRP for Swiss operations.
• Coordinate transports with external logistics partner and project teams.
• Handle returns and drive the repair process end-to-end.
• Create and maintain service and SaaS contracts with indexations and activations.
• Invoice service/work orders and monitor backlog; support quotations.
