Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility or International HR.
• Expertise in international assignments, transfers, and payroll tax.
• Understanding of cross-border employment models and compliance risks.
• Experience advising executives and senior management in international environments is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English with strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise on international assignments, transfers, business travel, remote work, and multi-country employment arrangements.
• Assess tax, social security, immigration, and permanent establishment risks in cross-border scenarios and develop compliant solutions.
• Design and evaluate international employment models including source taxation, A1 certificates, shadow payroll, split payroll, and multi-country structures.
• Support executives and senior leaders in complex mobility and employment matters.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Finance internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Manage and coordinate tax, social security, payroll, immigration, and employment law aspects of cross-border employment.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and corporate policies; monitor legislation developments.
• Develop processes, standards, and governance frameworks within Global Mobility.
