Job summary

TÜV SÜD Landesgesellschaft Österreich GmbH in Vienna seeks a Marketing Events specialist to lead end‑to‑end setup and execution of events in Marketo, including campaigns, registrations, emails, and post‑event engagement. You will coordinate with global marketing, field marketing and events teams to ensure timely launches.

The position requires 3–5+ years Marketo experience, a degree in marketing or communications, and fluent English and German.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on Marketo experience.
• Strong expertise in event and webinar program setup.
• Experience with webinar integrations (ON24, Marketo).
• Good understanding of email marketing and lead management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end setup and execution of marketing events in Marketo.
• Utilize event programs, registration pages, forms, confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up campaigns.
• Build smart campaigns, triggers, and workflows for registrations, attendance, and post-event engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing, field marketing, and event teams for timely launches.
• Monitor registrations and troubleshoot automation or integration issues.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and marketing automation best practices.
