Job summary

IMS Nanofabrication GmbH, based in Austria, seeks an Engineering Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end change process across R&D, Operations and Service. You will drive KPI-based improvements, ensure data accuracy and maintain compliance with EC processes.

The role requires a strong engineering background, experience in PLM/PDM, and excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Production and Supply Chain. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
• Proven experience in Engineering Change Management or similar in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, BOM and manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Govern, coordinate and optimize the end-to-end Engineering Change process.
• Consolidate and prepare agendas and documentation for Technical Change Boards.
• Ensure compliance with internal Engineering Change Management processes across departments.
• Evaluate ECRs for feasibility, necessity and impact on manufacturing/supply chain.
• Assess risks and cross-functional impacts on inventory, tooling and production.
