IMS Nanofabrication GmbH, based in Austria, seeks an Engineering Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end change process across R&D, Operations and Service. You will drive KPI-based improvements, ensure data accuracy and maintain compliance with EC processes.
The role requires a strong engineering background, experience in PLM/PDM, and excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Production and Supply Chain. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.
At IMS Nanofabrication, we shape the future — one nanometer at a time. Headquartered in Austria, with subsidiaries in Vienna, Taiwan, South Korea, and the USA, we are a global leader in semiconductor technology. Our cutting-edge mask writers power the world's most advanced chip manufacturing, making high-performance smartphones, PCs, and data centers possible. As the Engineering Change Manager, you will act as the central hub between R&D, Operations and Service. Your main responsibility is to govern, coordinate, and optimize the end-to-end product change process. You will critically evaluate technical proposals from R&D, ensure strict process compliance, maintain flawless data quality, and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking.
What you can look forward to:
With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 60.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
We are committed to equal opportunities and want all applications to be assessed with an open mind. You are welcome to remove your personal information such as age, origin etc. from your CV. We don't need a photo either. This way we can concentrate on the essentials: your qualifications and experience!
