Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in documentation management or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work independently while following established processes.
• Professional fluency in English (min. B2) and German (min. C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business applications through technical administration, system configuration, master data management, and user authorization frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications, coordinating with development partners.
• Ensure software quality through test planning, testing, release coordination, and thorough documentation.
• Support operations with data-driven reporting, process automation, and user training.
