Zusammenfassung

Graphwise is seeking a part-time HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist in Austria (Vienna) to support HR administration, the employee lifecycle, and compliance across the Austrian organisation. You will work with the VP of Human Capital and the Austria HRBP to ensure operational excellence and accurate HR data in BambooHR in an international tech environment.

The role emphasizes employee relations, payroll coordination with external providers, and data integrity, with a flexible schedule

Qualifikationen

  • Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law and social security regulations.
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience supporting employees in the DACH region.
  • Experience coordinating payroll with external payroll providers.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • Attention to detail and data quality.

Aufgaben

  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and offboarding.

We are looking for a part-time HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist to join our passionate international team!



As ambitious and self-driven HR professional you support our Austrian organization by ensuring the seamless delivery of HR operations, employee administration and employment compliance. Working closely with the VP, Human Capital and the HR Business Partner for Austria, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining HR administration, employee relations, compliance and process improvement in an international environment.



As our part-time HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist, you will


  • Manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, side letters and other employment documentation in accordance with Austrian legislation.

  • Coordinate monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all required information.

  • Administer employee benefits, leave management and absence tracking.

  • Maintain complete, accurate and timely employee data in BambooHR, ensuring the system remains the single source of truth.

  • Ensure compliance with Austrian labor law, collective agreements, social security and internal company policies.

  • Support employee relations cases by preparing documentation and coordinating administrative processes.

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner and VP, Human Capital to ensure operational excellence across the Austrian HR function.



Essential Skills

What we’re looking for:



  • Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law and Austrian social security regulations is mandatory.

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience supporting employees in the DACH region is essential.

  • Experience coordinating payroll with external payroll providers.

  • Strong knowledge of HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Demonstrated team-player
