we rent apartments is a growing company specialising in tourism, holiday rental management and digital hospitality services. We combine tourism expertise with digital technology to deliver modern holiday property management.

We are expanding our human resources, recruitment and organisational development team and seek an HR Manager / HR Generalist (m/f/d) to build HR processes, support employees and contribute to growth at our Zell am See location.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources or HR Management.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR administration and employee relations.
• Structured, reliable and discreet working style.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in tourism, hospitality or service-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve our HR processes and structures.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, create job profiles and support hiring across departments.
• Support employees throughout their employment journey and act as primary HR contact.
• Improve HR policies and internal processes to enable sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with management to foster a modern, positive company culture.
