We Rent Apartments in Zell am See is seeking a Tourism Account Manager to support our guests, coordinate bookings and manage daily holiday apartment operations in a modern hospitality environment. You will handle guest inquiries, arrange reservations, check-ins and liaise with housekeeping and external providers, ensuring smooth stays and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support guests before, during and after their stay, answering enquiries and coordinating reservations.
• Communicate with guests via email, phone and digital channels with fast response times.
• Coordinate check-ins, arrivals and operational processes with housekeeping and service providers.
• Support daily hospitality operations and optimize internal workflows for a smooth guest experience.
• Work in a modern hospitality environment with digital tools and structured processes.
