You will lead governance, data privacy, and audit readiness while improving efficiency and compliance.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Information Technology or HR or related field.
4+ years of professional experience in a multinational environment, HR automation preferred.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities in HR.
Solid experience with HR technologies (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and digital HR tools.
Excellent communication to translate business needs into deployable automation solutions.
