• Maintain payroll-related data in the payroll system.
• Calculate final payments for resigning employees including entitlements and deductions.
• Handle tax clearance submissions for leavers in accordance with regulations.
• Manage time and attendance systems, update schedules and correct overtime records.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare time and attendance reports.
• Handle payroll-related queries via the ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements and change requests as needed.
