EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, with a salary during the program and potential up to €500k in funding. Fellows enjoy 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a curated community of founders and investors, and a vast talent network for team building.

You will work on HealthTech projects, engage in a tailored development journey with unicorn mentors, and receive coaching to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds while building a sales

• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as HealthTech
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and insights from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise funding
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine
