Job summary

EWOR GmbH offers a fellowship to ambitious entrepreneurs who want to start and scale their own ventures. Fellows receive a salary while building their company, with the option of up to €500k in funding and weekly guidance from unicorn founders.

You will be paired with top founders, access a vast network of professionals, and receive coaching to structure a successful go-to-market and fundraising strategy. The program targets Europe and the Americas, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership and scale a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup within EWOR's framework.
• Follow a customised personal development program by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000 professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare for fundraising rounds.
• Iterate your product to product-market-fit and develop a go-to-market engine.
