3VC is a European venture capital fund that invests in carefully selected startups with global ambition once they have achieved product-market fit. Our team is composed of former founders and operators who are driven by curiosity but grounded in discipline. We focus on quality over quantity and partner with only a handful of exceptional companies per year.

We offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Venture Capital through a 6-month off-cycle engagement. We are looking for someone to join the investment team and help us identify, meet and engage with exceptional founders that are eager to build significant companies coming out of Europe. This experience is designed to give you a foundation for a future career in Venture Capital, launching your own startup, or joining an early-stage company. There may be an opportunity to continue with us beyond the initial six months.

Your Responsibilities

We expect you to:

• Identify and engage with outstanding founders and companies as early as possible. You'll also perform thesis-driven research and monitor data-driven dealflow to discover opportunities.


• Be embedded in the senior investment team and work on a variety of tasks ranging from market mapping, testing solutions and competitive analysis to supporting the entire due diligence process.

• You will receive a remuneration package starting at € 40.000 gross annually (on a full-time, all-in basis).

• Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree (STEM or business-related). Previous internship or work experience in tech, consulting, or startups is preferred.


• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria.
