Zusammenfassung

Storyblok is seeking a Manager of Solution Engineering to lead a team of Solution Engineers who partner with Sales to demonstrate the technical value of Storyblok's headless CMS platform to prospective customers.

You will own the technical strategy across the sales cycle, coaching the team to translate capabilities into business value, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed field insights into the roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a Solution Engineering Manager.
• Experience with SaaS products, ideally in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Preferred: CMS, DXP, or web/content management platforms.
• Preferred: background as Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer prior to management.
• Familiarity with APIs, JavaScript frameworks, headless architecture.
• Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market buyers.
• Demonstrates AI literacy and uses AI tools to enhance productivity.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers for demos and discovery.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align SE resources with pipeline priorities.
• Own technical win strategy across the sales cycle.
• Coach the team to connect Storyblok's capabilities to customer value.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Solution Engineers.
• Define and track team performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain SE enablement content and demo environments.
