Storyblok is hiring an Implementation Success Manager to own end-to-end implementation motions, from scoping conversations to partner-led delivery and value realization. You will translate business requirements into clear Statements of Work, engage the right implementation partners, and maintain accountability across the customer journey.

You will work in a commercially minded, relationship-driven role, structuring complex engagements, aligning with partners, and ensuring customers achieve value

Qualifikationen

• Pro Services, Solutions, or Implementation experience in SaaS/CMS
• Experience scoping complex engagements and owning Statements of Work
• Experience managing implementation partners and agencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with customers to understand objectives and success criteria
• Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and commercial terms with Sales and CS
• Own relationships with implementation and agency partners throughout delivery
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues and ensure customer value realization
