• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or SCM.
• Extensive leadership experience in project management/order management within manufacturing/ETO.
• Proven track record of organizational change and digitalization initiatives.
• Strong project, risk, contract, and stakeholder management with excellent communication.
• Fluent German and English in an international environment.
