Qualifikationen

• A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Extensive leadership experience as Plant Manager or equivalent senior ops leader.
• Experience in Engineering-to-Order (ETO) and complex engineered products.
• Proven track record in building and leading best-in-class manufacturing operations.
• Direct customer interaction translating needs into operational priorities.
• Experience leading change and transformation programs, incl. digital and automation.

Aufgaben

• Take overall leadership for Power Transformers Linz operations: order mgmt, manufacturing, testing, logistics, quality.
• Provide indirect leadership across key local cluster functions (ex. procurement, engineering).
• Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate across the MPT cluster with Dresden and Trento to capture opportunities.
• Drive continuous development of state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and quality methods.
• Lead cross-factory processes and share best practices across the organization.
• Deliver sustainable improvements in process and cost efficiency, LEAN performance and quality.
• Lead transformation initiatives including digital transformation and automation.
• Take central leadership in Environment, Health & Safety as Managing Director.
• Establish relationships with Works Council and finance, driving a high-performance culture.
