Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy and execution across the entire Scrambly portfolio. You’ll be the first product leader, defining direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes in growth, retention and monetization for millions of users globally.

You will build and lead the product function over time, collaborating with engineering, design, data, monetization and leadership to deliver high-impact experiences while shaping the future

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on complex consumer/mobile products.
• Proven track record leading growth at scale and defining strategy.
• Experience with large user bases and managing scale complexity.
• Experience with GDPR/regulatory/privacy constraints.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven development.
• Experience collaborating with designers on UX and research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English fluency (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Define and own Scrambly's product vision and long-term strategy.
• Translate company goals into clear product direction.
• Identify user problems, opportunities, and strategic bets.
• Lead product discovery and prioritization processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership.
