Partner Company is seeking a Head of Product Development to own the full lifecycle of physical consumer products. You will drive customer insights into specifications, manufacturing, pricing, and launch while continuously improving performance.

You will lead a small team, use AI-supported workflows, and collaborate with overseas partners to ensure quality and market fit. This is a fully remote role with required overlap from 9 AM to 1 PM US Eastern Time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading physical consumer product development from insight to launch.
• Proven ability to manage overseas manufacturing and pricing decisions.
• Strong command of customer research methodologies and product scoring.
