Qualifications

• Education in Business, Marketing or Communication (Bachelor level).
• At least four years in public relations or external communications.
• Native German with professional working proficiency in English (writing and proofreading).
• Video editing ability with a portfolio or samples.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Excel.
• On-site presence required three days per week.
• Strong self-management and prioritisation ability.
• Organised and detail-oriented under event-day pressure.
• Strong communicator and team player across sites and functions.
• Flexible with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day coordination with PR agencies, media, photographers, and event service providers.
• Support press spokespersons: prepare briefs, align messages, and handle follow-ups.
• Draft, proofread and quality-check PR materials in German and English.
• Produce media materials, briefing sheets, and reports in English.
• Plan and support site events, visits and media-related activities at Austrian sites.
• Coordinate corporate events and trade fair participation with venues and partners.
• Manage schedules and meeting arrangements for PR activities.
