Job summary

Henkel in Vienna seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Inbound Logistics and Material Management team at our production site. You will drive material flow, ensure production readiness, and optimize logistics processes to maximize output.

You will manage master data across BOM and material records, collaborate with Quality and R&D, and lead the team to meet production schedules while improving efficiency and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading material flow and inbound logistics in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to set goals and metrics for materials flow and production fulfillment.
• Proven budget accountability for labor and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local Material Planning and Inbound Plant Logistics team.
• Ensure availability of materials and production orders at production lines.
• Manage BOM Master Data in collaboration with Quality and R&D.
• Manage plant related material master data.
• Ensure adherence to production plan and timely execution of production orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning Central Team to synchronize SC and internal logistics processes.
• Manage warehouse and internal logistics operations including forklift handling.
• Spend 50% of time unblocking and improving process inefficiencies.
