Henkel Central Eastern Europe Gesellschaft mbH in Vienna seeks a seasoned Material Planning Lead to ensure material availability for production, manage BOM master data with QA/R&D, and supervise plant logistics. You will drive efficiency across planning, warehouse, and production interfaces and partner with the central Supply Planning team to align processes.

• Oversee warehouse and internal logistics operations, including forklift management and material handling.
• Spend 50% of time unblocking and improving process inefficiencies.

What you?ll do

• Lead the local Material Planning and Inbound Plant Logistics team
• Ensure the availability of materials and production orders at the production lines
• Manageme BOM Master Data in collaboration with Quality and R&D
• Manage plant related material master data
• Ensure adherence to production plan and the timely execution of production orders
• Act as the Lead with Supply Planning Central Team to ensure synchronization between SC and internal logistics processes
• Manage warehouse and internal logistics operations, including forklift management and material handling processes
• Spend 50% of the time unblocking and improving eventual process inefficiencies.

• Create and implement the leanest value stream for material flow within the plant
• Ability to set goals and metrics for all aspects of systems and processes related to materials flow and production fulfillment
• Be accountable and follow up on operating budgets for labour and capital expenditures
• Strong process knowledge of SAP production (MP), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and planning systems
• Proven leadership experience in Logistics / Supply chain etc.
