Supercharge seeks a commercially driven Head of Sales to build and lead the Energy Business Unit's sales function. This senior role pairs deep energy market expertise with strategic, repeatable sales processes to win new clients and expand existing accounts.

You will partner with the Energy Director to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy, while leading a small sales team and driving multi-year, complex deals across Europe and globally.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of energy sector dynamics and market clients.
• Proven track record in selling productised or solution-led software.
• Experience leading or building a sales team and owning a revenue target.

• Co-developing and executing go-to-market strategy for the Energy Business Unit.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with KPIs and forecasting.
